    • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • For the Tacos:
    • 8-10 small corn tortillas
    • 1/2 cup white onion, finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Optional Toppings:
    • Your favorite salsa (red or green)
    • Pickled jalapeƱos
    • Avocado slices

  1. Prepare the Meat:
    • Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add the beef or pork to the skillet. Sprinkle with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is browned and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes).
  2. Warm the Tortillas:
    • Heat a separate skillet over medium heat. Warm each tortilla for about 30 seconds per side, until pliable and slightly charred.
  3. Assemble the Tacos:
    • Place a portion of the cooked meat onto each tortilla.
    • Top with chopped onions and fresh cilantro.
